Klok

Let's suppose that you are working in a large company and you would like to show your boss how many hours you have worked on a certain project, for him to pay you as he should. Or maybe you would like to track a task included in a large project, so that your projects don't get overdue. For all these problems, Klok is the solution.

It's a Windows application that can track the time you and your team members spend working on a certain project or task. Knowing this, you will be able to organize yourself better and you will be able to work more efficiently. Klok is an Adobe AIR application that installs very fast and it's easy to use, like most other AIR applications.

After the program is launched, the user will be presented with a simple graphical interface, that allows adding an unlimited number of different projects into the program. Klok can display the time recorded for a project in a graphical way, allowing the user to easily see its evolution.

A new task can be recorded by simply clicking on the Start button inside the interface. After the task is over, one can click on the same button. At this point, the task will be displayed in a list, together with its duration, allowing the user to add a name for it.

One can view the weekly timesheet, which can clearly display all the working hours of a week. Besides that, there is also a monthly timesheet available. Finished projects can be deleted, can be moved to an archive folder, for using it later, or can be saved as a template, for creating other projects using it. All the entries for a project can be downloaded and saved as a backup file, so they can be reused later on.
